St. John, a beautiful island, in the east Caribbean Sea, is famous for its gorgeous beaches, eye-catching palm trees, and many more. It is the smallest of all the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, contrary to its size, this beautiful island has tons of things on offer.

The island has a rich history with vintage Danish architecture, unique shopping experiences, restaurants, and pretty much anything that’s needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. Here are a few best reasons why you should visit St. John:

Unspoiled beaches

It’s a rare sight nowadays, to see a beach with crystal-clear blue waters. However, at St. John vacation rentals, you can enjoy your time, chilling on a beach that hasn’t been spoiled by litter, pollution, or even restaurants and condos.

Since the Virgin Islands National Park owns most of the shoreline, you can have uninterrupted access to the clean beaches here.  Some of these world-class beaches are:

  • Hawksnest Beach
  • Honeymoon Beach
  • Salomon Beach
  • Francis Bay Beach
  • Oppenheimer Beach

Rich Snorkeling Experiences

If you’re a first-time snorkeler, St. John is one of the best places to start your journey. Under the beautiful waters, you’ll find a rich variety of sea creatures ranging from tiny and cute fish to some rare species of turtles.

Moreover, most of the beaches cove-shaped, which makes it easy for amateur snorkelers.

Adventurous Water Sports

St. John has all the fun and adventurous water sporting activities. From boating, Kayaking, and SUPing to Snuba, and Windsurfing, there are many options to choose from.

Many St John vacation rentals offer help and guidance on all these activities, so you don’t have to worry about how and where you can enjoy these sporting events.

The Virgin Islands Park

This is where the fun begins. This National Park has more than 7000 acres on the island. It is so big, that it actually covers 2/3rd of the island’s landmass.

The place has a lot of boating and hiking trips. Along with that, there are tons of activities you can do here, such as sightseeing. Moreover, all the beaches here in the park, except Trunk Bay are free to visit, without a dent in your pocket.

Excellent Tropical Climate

Most people visit St. John for its soothing and relaxing tropical climate, with cool breezes, dry sun, and uplifting and warm temperatures.

To this exquisite climate, add in the beaches with white sand, palm trees, and amazing landscapes, you get a beautiful vacation spot like St. John, where you could chill out with your loved ones.
